How do I make a claim?
Making a claim is easy. Whether you are a customer or a vet simple start your online claims journey by clicking the “Start My Claim” button and follow the on screen instructions. Please have your policy number and claims information on hand as we may ask a number of different question about what has happened. Having a sick or injured pet can be very difficult, so we want to make things as easy and transparent as possible.
We aim to process all claims within 4 weeks once all the relevant supporting information has been provided. We will provide you with progress updates and ask you or your vet for any additional information if required.

Claims Questions
How long does the claim process take?
On average, we typically aim to process claims within 4 weeks once all supporting information has been provided. However, we are currently experiencing delays. As a result, it may take longer than usual to process your claims. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that our team is working hard to speed up the process and improve our response times as soon as possible. We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.
If your pet is seriously injured or needs immediate medical assistance, you should take them straight to your local veterinary practice.
